The Ranch

We drove north of Alamosa today to visit the ranch. My parents now feel more comfortable after seeing the ranch and meeting George and Julie, the owners.

There was snow in the forecast, but not too much was falling when we left. The wind was blowing strongly too. We ate lunch at the local diner, which serves their beef, quite tasty and tender. After lunch, we headed back to see my trailer I’ll be living in for the next year. It is currently being updated so I will not live in it this month. We continued to visit and then headed back to Alamosa for the evening.

Windy?

I’ll drop my parents off at the bus stop early tomorrow and then head up to the ranch for my new job.
